These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Picantia's services. By using Picantia, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract to use Picantia. By using our service, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You are not a registered sex offender
You are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law
2. Your Account
To protect our community and create real connections:
Use your real identity and accurate information
Keep your login credentials secure
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
3. Community Rules
Picantia is built on respect and authenticity. You agree NOT to:
Use fake photos or impersonate others
Spam, solicit money, or scam users
Harass, bully, or promote hate speech
Share explicit content outside the rules in section 4
Promote commercial products or services
Collect user information without permission
4. Explicit Content
Picantia allows sexually explicit content between consenting adults, under these rules:
Mark any photo or video showing nudity or sexual acts as explicit. Marked content is shown blurred, and each person chooses whether to see it
Your profile photo cannot be explicit, because it is shown without blur
Everyone who appears must be 18 or older and must have agreed to appear and to the content being shared
Do not send explicit content to anyone who did not ask for it
Do not post content showing sexual violence or non-consensual acts
We may remove explicit content that is not marked and suspend the account that posted it.
Any sexual content involving minors is forbidden: we delete the account and report it to the authorities.
By viewing explicit content you confirm that you are an adult and that viewing it is legal where you are.
5. Reports and Moderation
You can report profiles, messages and other content that breaks these rules:
Our team reviews reports and may remove content or suspend accounts
When a message is reported, we keep a private copy for review, even if it is unsent later
Content flagged for legal reasons is preserved as required by law
Do not make false or abusive reports
6. Free
Picantia is free. There are no subscriptions, purchases or paid features.
7. Dispute Resolution
For any disputes:
First attempt informal resolution
Mandatory arbitration applies (except where prohibited)
Small claims court option available
8. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
Create risk or legal exposure for us
Have long periods of inactivity
9. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified in advance. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
